BROKER'S COMMENT
"The Dufour 365 Grand Large, designed by Umberto Felci and Patrick Roséo, is a well-proven cruising yacht that combines comfortable family cruising with enjoyable, sporty sailing. Awarded Boat of the Year in France in 2005 and internationally in 2006, she has earned a strong reputation as a versatile and capable sailing yacht.
ORAMAI is a well-equipped 2006 example, presented in good condition with a particularly attractive interior in great condition. Her single aft cabin layout provides a spacious owner’s cabin and a notably generous bathroom, offering enhanced comfort compared with the two-cabin aft version.
A true sailor’s yacht, ORAMAI benefits from a versatile sail inventory, including a fully battened mainsail with lazy bag and lazy jacks and a genoa, both new in 2024. Additional sails include a smaller genoa and a gennaker, complemented by a cupper system mainsheet control. A solar system further enhances her suitability for independent cruising.
Recently maintained, ORAMAI has received fresh antifouling and an engine service. EU VAT has been paid and is documented, and the yacht is registered under the German flag.
A well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped cruising yacht, ORAMAI is an appealing choice for sailors seeking a comfortable owner’s layout, good sailing capabilities and the equipment to enjoy extended cruising."

OWNER'S COMMENT
"We bought ORAMAI in 2019 from her second owners, who were also German and had owned her since 2008. They had clearly taken good care of her, and we have always tried to do the same.
Over the years, ORAMAI has given us the opportunity to explore the Adriatic and get to know its beautiful coastline and islands. She has been a lovely boat for this, not only under sail but also when spending time at anchor and enjoying life on board.
What we particularly like about ORAMAI is the feeling of space. For a yacht of just under 11 metres, the two-cabin layout makes a real difference. As a couple, we have plenty of room for ourselves, and when friends come aboard, the separate bow cabin means we can enjoy their company without getting in each other’s way. The generous owner’s cabin and bathroom make longer stays on board especially comfortable.
We had plenty more cruising plans for ORAMAI and equipped and maintained her with those plans in mind. In 2024, we replaced the mainsail and genoa with new sails, and she has an up-to-date solar system. This year, we renewed the antifouling and had the engine serviced. There is no engine-hour meter, but we estimate that the engine has run for around 600 hours. We have always tried to keep her ready for the next adventure rather than simply for the next season.
ORAMAI is a proper sailing yacht, and that is what we appreciate most about her. She has the equipment and sail inventory to enjoy sailing in different conditions, while remaining comfortable and easy to live aboard. We also have a SUP on board, which is great for exploring around the boat when anchored in a quiet bay.
Unfortunately, circumstances and plans have changed, and we have decided it is time to let ORAMAI go. We will be sorry to see her leave, but we hope she will find someone who enjoys her as much as we have and who will take her on to new places. For anyone looking for a genuine sailing yacht that is well equipped and ready for cruising, we believe ORAMAI offers a wonderful opportunity."

DESCRIPTION
Starting aft, ORAMAI has a practical bathing platform that makes getting in and out of the water easy and provides convenient access to the sup. A cockpit shower is ideal for rinsing off after a swim, while the teak in the cockpit and decks adds a classic sailing-yacht touch.
The cockpit is well laid out for both sailing and relaxing. The folding steering wheel opens up the passage through the cockpit when at anchor or alongside, while the teak table invites for al fresco dining. The sprayhood and bimini provide shelter from the elements. Side openings in the guardrails make moving on and off the yacht more convenient.
One of the particular advantages of ORAMAI is her single aft-cabin configuration. Located to starboard, the owner's cabin benefits from the additional space made available by having just one aft cabin. This layout also creates a particularly generous bathroom and a large storage locker beneath the cockpit on the port side, valuable practical space for the sailing wardrobe and for a cruising couple carrying provisions and equipment for longer trips.
Moving forward and down below, the saloon feels warm and inviting, with attractive woodwork and a very well-kept interior.
To starboard, the navigation station provides a dedicated space for passage planning and navigation. The Raymarine navigation equipment includes two chartplotters, an autopilot and a Class B AIS transponder, giving the yacht a useful setup for coastal passages and extended cruising.
Forward of the navigation station is the saloon seating area, with a dining table that can be converted into an additional double berth when required. This provides flexibility when family or friends join for a cruise.
To port, the bathroom is notably spacious for a yacht of this size. The single aft-cabin layout makes a real difference here, offering more room than the alternative two-aft-cabin arrangement. It is a practical feature that becomes particularly appreciated when spending extended periods aboard.
Forward of the bathroom, the longitudinal galley runs along the port side. The galley is equipped with a two-burner gas cooker and oven, as well as a refrigerator, making it well suited to preparing meals during longer cruises. The layout keeps the cooking area opposite the main saloon seating, while the available storage helps keep provisions organised.
At the bow, the guest cabin provides a separate double berth and storage space, making ORAMAI well suited to a couple who enjoy taking friends or family along on their travels. The forward cabin completes a practical two-cabin layout that prioritises space and comfort rather than simply maximising the number of berths. Combined with the generous owner's cabin aft, it makes the yacht particularly appealing for private cruising.
Back on deck, ORAMAI's sailing equipment reflects her character as a proper cruising yacht with a sporting side.
The fully battened mainsail and Hydranet genoa, both renewed in 2024, provide a modern and capable sail combination. A smaller genoa offers an alternative for different conditions, while the 80 m² gennaker with snuffer adds versatility when sailing off the wind.
The mainsheet is arranged with a Cuppers system, adjustable from either side of the cockpit, giving the crew useful control over sail trim. Lazy jacks and a lazy bag make handling the mainsail more convenient, while the genoa tracks and cockpit-operated cars help with adjusting the sail setup.
The Raymarine autopilot is a useful addition for longer passages, allowing the crew to share the workload. Together with the solar system, ORAMAI is equipped with independent cruising in mind.
ORAMAI brings together the qualities that make the Dufour 365 Grand Large so appealing: responsive sailing characteristics, a practical deck layout and a surprisingly spacious interior. Independent yacht testing has also highlighted the model's direct steering feel, good sailing performance and generous storage, particularly in the single-aft-cabin version.
With her recent sail upgrades, solar system, navigation equipment and comfortable two-cabin layout, ORAMAI is an attractive choice for sailors looking for a versatile yacht for coastal cruising, island-hopping and longer stays aboard.
